Refund & Return Policy

At Austin Vane, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Return Eligibility
• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.

Exchange
• If you receive the wrong size or a defective product, we will gladly arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
• Gift cards.
• Products marked as Final Sale.
• Items returned without original packaging or tags.
